Privacy

The short version: we collect very little, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the signup box. We also note which link brought you here (for example "nana" or "pallet") so we know which account is useful.
• Simple visit counts. When a page loads or the Shopify button is clicked, we record the date and which link it came from. We do not record your IP address, and we do not use cookies, ad trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

What we do with it

• Send you the occasional email about new tools or lessons. Nothing else.
• Decide which characters and topics to keep making.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your email address.

Where it lives

On the hosting service this site runs on. Only the studio owner has access.

Removing your data

To be removed from the list, send a direct message to @nanadotsays or @pallet.the.robot on Instagram. We will delete your address.

The Shopify app

The Shopify app has its own privacy policy and permissions, shown on its App Store listing. This page only covers this website.

AI characters

Nana Dot and Pallet are AI-generated characters. They are not real people, and nothing here is a customer review or testimonial.
