Nana Dot
A fictional retired corner-shop owner. Short stories from the stockroom, and the practical lesson inside each one.
We build small, practical apps, free for online sellers and for Salesforce admins, and share what we learn along the way, mostly through two AI characters who tell stockroom stories.
Five apps. Where an app has a store page or a hosted page, the button opens that. Where it does not yet, the button opens the code on GitHub so you can use it today, and we will swap in the production link as soon as one exists.
Looks at your Shopify sales and inventory and tells you what is likely to run out, when, and what to reorder. The forecast itself is a rule-based calculation, not an AI guess. The optional AI helper uses your own Gemini or Claude key, so you control the AI account and its cost.
Status: live on the Shopify App Store. It is new and has no reviews yet; we would rather say that than invent any.
Lets an AI assistant answer "what will I run out of?" from your Shopify data. The numbers come from a fixed formula and the tool is read-only. Best for people comfortable with developer tools.
Status: hosted and running. Not a Shopify App Store app.
For brands whose products are recommended by practitioners such as clinics, trainers and salons. A practitioner shares one link or QR code, and the client adds the whole recommended list to the cart in one tap at normal retail prices. No client personal data is stored.
Status: not on the Shopify App Store yet. Use it from GitHub.
For brands that sell on Shopify and also wholesale through Salesforce. Adds the wholesale deals in your Salesforce pipeline to your stockout forecast. Read-only.
Status: early development. Not released or installable yet, and not submitted to the Shopify App Store. The source is on GitHub.
Turns business buyers found in paid Shopify orders into Salesforce leads, with a dry-run mode so nothing is written until you switch it on.
Status: developer preview. Not released and not on the Shopify App Store yet. The source is on GitHub.
Both are AI characters. Their backstories are made up. The tips are real, and every post says what it is.

A deadpan warehouse robot who has seen every store disaster. Comedy first, helpful second.
A separate set of tools from the same studio. Nana and Pallet talk about selling online; these five are for people who work in Salesforce. All are free and open source (MIT). Their AppExchange listings are pending. Where a listing page exists the button opens it; otherwise install from GitHub for now, and we will add the production link here when it exists.
Clone a record together with its related child records in one click, instead of the standard Clone button that copies only the parent.
Status: AppExchange listing pending. Install it from GitHub for now.
Modern toast messages, alert banners and a confetti celebration for Salesforce Flows, with no code needed.
Status: AppExchange listing in review. The page may not be public until it is approved.
A thumbnail gallery and full-screen previewer for the files on a record, plus a one-click ZIP download for several files at once.

Syncs Shopify customers and orders into Salesforce with no per-task fees. Every webhook is signature-checked, and customers are matched so you do not get duplicates.

One short email when we release something new or learn something worth sharing. No schedule, no spam, and we never sell your address.
